When it comes to planning and coordinating your wedding, there is nothing more important than attention to detail. That's why just over ten years ago, I founded Diamonds and Details to help couples just like you take the stress out of wedding planning so they can have the picture-perfect wedding they've always wanted. I've worked on over 100 weddings so I know what works best when it comes to planning your dream wedding.
With a background in human resources, a professional certification in wedding planning and consulting, and a supernatural ability for organizing the details of your day, I ensure that your day is absolutely perfect. I only take on a limited number of clients so I can be extra-focused on you.
When I'm not hard at work on weddings, I am caring for my two kids, watching Bravo, or catching a Mets game. At my house, it's all about family which is why I love working with clients who are close with their families, too!
This is how I measure my success. If your parents come up to me at the end of the night for a hug, I know I did my job.
For me, wedding planning is all about bringing the good energy! After owning my own successful wedding planning company and working on over 100 weddings, I joined the Diamonds and Details team in 2019. I earned my certification in wedding planning in 2009 and have worked on every style of wedding since then – small, large, traditional, eccentric, you name it, this Wedding Planner has probably done it!
I believe your wedding is one big party with every single person you love in one room there to celebrate you. On your wedding day, I am there so you can sit back and bask in their love and support. From the start of working with me, I will advocate for you to make sure your vision comes to fruition, and you truly can enjoy every detail of your day. I pride myself on the skills I have mastered from doing this job for so many years – relationship building and connections in the industry, my unique ability to stay (and keep others) calm during stressful situations (a must for a Wedding Planner!) and always having a backup plan, sometimes more than one!
When not working with my wedding clients, I enjoy spending time with my husband, three children and dog Mango. I love to dance to live music, the beach, a good book, a big bowl of pasta and traveling and exploring new cities.

I first joined the Diamonds & Details team as an intern while still in college at Alvernia University studying Communication and English. After graduating in 2013, Amanda offered me a permanent position as a Wedding Day of Assistant, where my primary focus was attending to the bride and her bridesmaids as a Bridal Concierge. With clients, I'm known for my take-charge attitude and my skill for putting the details together flawlessly on your day.
Now with over 7 years of wedding experience, you could say I'm an expert when it comes to handling those hiccups, like getting a cranky flower girl down the aisle with a smile (the secret? Lollipops and goldfish), setting up decor, greeting guests upon arrival, and making sure your timeline runs smoothly. These days, I wear many hats for Diamonds & Details but you can mostly find me overseeing your venue set-up and vendor arrival and organization - escort card table setups are my specialty, and I live for seeing all details displayed perfectly!
When I'm not working for Diamonds & Details, I love spending time with my family, traveling to the beaches of Mexico, cuddling with my dogs, and enjoying newlywed life and my new home with my husband Miles. I'm excited to share my own experience as a recent bride with you to ease your wedding day jitters.
My favorite part of weddings (besides the love part!) is being able to see all of our client’s beautiful details and creative themes and décor come to life. On wedding day, you will definitely see me running around helping to bring your vision to life as well as making sure you are kept calm and relaxed the entire day. I have a very special skill for multitasking. Does a button need to be sewed? Your veil is wrinkled? Forgot you table numbers? No worries! I will be there to help with all of these details and more!
After working for a non-profit in New York City doing events for the special needs community and helping to plan events for friends and family, my transition to working weddings was thanks to a friend who knew a wedding planner looking for a new assistant. Colette and I met and the rest, as they say, is history! After working for Colette’s company for nine years as her assistant, I am excited to now be part of the Diamonds and Details team as a Lead Wedding Day Assistant and Wedding Day Coordinator.
When not working weddings, my full-time job is in education in Philadelphia. I have a passion for playing and captaining team sports and enjoy backpacking/section hiking. I also love traveling, eating delicious food, going to the movies, and reading. My love of adventure plays well into working with couples and their wedding days. I am always ready for whatever the day brings!
From holding your bouquet to sewing the groomsmen's vest to setting up escort cards in a moment's notice, I'm here to make sure you feel stress-free. I'm also often the one who will be by your side during your first look. Not all couples do this, but when they decide on this beautiful moment, it's a special time where a couple can just be them before the chaos of their wedding day.
Although I have a background in corporate event planning and management, getting married showed me that my dream was to help other couples have the perfectly planned wedding day. When Amanda gave me a dream opportunity to work for Diamonds & Details as a Wedding Day Assistant, I knew I had found my dream job.
When I'm not planning or working weddings, I love nothing more than traveling. Fun fact: I've traveled to nearly half of all the states in the US and 13 countries. My goal? To eat, pray, love my way to at least 25% of the countries around the world in the next 10 years.

“Amanda was worth every penny and was the best vendor we hired, hands down, simply for the peace of mind that she offered. Even though we hired Amanda as our day-of coordinator, she helped me for months leading up to our big day, and we were always in constant contact. Amanda was involved with everything from helping us figure out transportation (she helped us map out logistics and also ran the whole transportation schedule day-of), attending our final walk-through at the venue to familiarize herself with the lay of the land ahead of time (which was so helpful), constructing our entire day-of wedding timeline, contacting our vendors ahead of the wedding to ensure everyone was on the same page, running our rehearsal so everyone felt comfortable with the ceremony, and executing our vision perfectly day-of.
